OWNERS & DESIGNERS

Ron Pelson began this business out of his home in 2001 following nine years of experience in commercial and residential projects with other companies. With an A.S. degree from the Phoenix Institute of Technology and over 18 years of experience, he has designed numerous office buildings and private residences throughout the Yakima valley, including the condominiums and private homes at the renowned Apple Tree Golf Course.

Brad Kessinger came to work for Ron in 2004 and the two transformed the company into an incorporated partnership in 2005. Brad not only brings over 15 years of design experience to the team but a background in the construction field. He spent more than five years developing his skills as a general contractor and project manager. He was raised in the Yakima valley and has a true appreciation for the values and life-styles represented here. Together, they make a perfect team!
